I've been using this grounding sheet for 30 days. The sheet itself is good quality. The grounding benefits, I was skeptical about. It turns out to be true. As a chronic insomniac I have tried all the melatonin(s) and many prescription medications without success. Since switching to this sheet, I have gotten many great nights rest and was able to fall asleep at normal hour instead of staring at the ceiling for hours and then getting back up. I recommend giving it a chance.

These sheets are amazing. I had been debating getting then for so long, and honestly I regret not getting them sooner. I read that a lot of brands shock you, so these one had a good rating and positive comments. I have never gotten a shock and they are really soft as well. After the first night, was really pleasantly suprised when my joints and muscles did feel less painful. I am a wreck, joints hurt, .eniscus tear in my knee, back pain, and insomnia. Oh my goodness, literally aft 3 or 4 day I really couldn't believe how much of an impact it had. It really home for me when throwing the ball for my dog and realized I had not felt the pain or limited movement in my shoulder, I had frozen shoulder too. Anyway, I wish I had gotten them sooner. These really do live up to their description. Truly greatful 😀

Waited to write a review so I could sleep on them. They are very comfortable (and I’m admittedly a bedding snob); previously my sheets were a cotton linen blend and these bamboo sheets hold their own against the highest luxury. As far as grounding, I’m not sure yet if they’re helping me with inflammation but I’m sleeping better (I track it with my Fitbit). I like these enough that I’m ready to purchase more.

Bought these sheets for my husband. We have been using for a few weeks and one of the first mornings he shared I can get out of bed and I feel so good, I do not need to stretch for my aches and pains. I feel they have helped him a lot. No pilling of the sheet, I wash sheets weekly. Care of the sheet is so easy. Long enough cord to get to the outlet.

I was hopeful when I ordered this that it would fit my queen sized bed and that it would benefit me like so many people state they receive benefits from. I was greatly disappointed. I saw that there was an area on the sheet where the threads were pulling out and it looked flawed in the creation of the sheet. But that wasn't something that I coudln't overlook. I put it on the bed, and it was pretty lightweight and the elastic in it was quite flimsy and didn't hold well onto the bed frame. For the cost of this, I would think that the company could put heavier weight elastic that would hold better. But I still decided to try it to see if there were any benefits to itThe first night I slept horrible. I awoke several times during the night and I ached. My spouse also said that he slept poorly as well. He didn't ache like I did, but he did not sleep well at all. The second and third nights neither of us felt any benefit at all from this sheet, and it kept sliding around due to the poor qualtiy elastic that didn't hold it to the bed.Needless to say, I doubt that it has any benefit for anything. I followed the instructions included in it, but for us, it was a worlthless purchase and thus, I returned it for a refund. I will not be looking to purchase a grounding sheet again in the future. I would not recommend this item.

I was skeptical when buying this like the majority of people, but these sheets have made a significant impact on my sleep quality. So much so that it’s hard to wake up at times because I’m so deep in sleep. The deep sleep is consistent as well, not one day is great or one day is poor, seems like every night is good quality sleep! Even when I’m doing laundry these sheets will instantly neutralize the static charge in my clothes when they contact the sheets, proving to me that these sheets do in fact have a great ground even on the opposite side of the bed. If you struggle with inconsistent sleep or poor quality sleep I’d definitely give these a chance, you sleep half of your life anyways so if there’s a chance you can solve your poor quality sleep these are worth absolutely it!

After using this sheet for 2 weeks, I can say it’s a nice quality bed sheet. I’ve not felt any type of positive health response, which is very disappointing. I have auto immune diseases and was very hopeful this would help with my inflammation and pain, but it’s just an expensive bed sheet.
