Great baby carrier. It is comfortable to wear. It was fairly easy to put on yourself. The straps are adjustable. The important part is the straps are not in the baby's face. I had a different carrier before and the strap placement easy not that great. Another thing I like about this carrier is the mesh back. During the hot days, the mesh back is great for cooling the baby. Baby is already strap to a hot sweaty mom. It's good there is some ventilation from the back. This brand is growing and making really good baby products!

This is a great baby carrier. It is comfortable for both my husband and I, even though we have different body types. I think it is well made and is easy to adjust. I like that there is proper support on the back as I typically have issues with my back when I carry my daughter. I also appreciated the extra padding on the straps. It did take me a little bit to figure out how to properly put the carrier on, but once I had practiced several times, it was a breeze. It was definitely a nice addition as our daughter was a clinger and this helped us do things around the house with her attached to us. I also appreciate that we can use this carrier until the child is 44 lbs (although I do not think I am strong enough to carry anything over 20 lbs on me)The only downside is that you cannot carry the child forward facing in this carrier and I prefer that after a certain age, my child gets to see and explore things vs looking at me at all times.

Terrific for walks, shopping, or housework. Keep baby safe and snuggled up with you. Hearing your heartbeat helps to soothe and calm them, too. This carrier is soft, strong, and nicely made. Great choice!

For the adult, this gives comfort and sturdiness when carrying the littles. I like the straps that are X in shape to help to distribute the weight, it's less strain on the body. Nice waist belt and thick shoulder pads add relief, support and ease. My back didn't get as weary with this carrier (I've been using a sling, which is altogether different). They say this can hold up to 44 lbs, so the baby can grow with it. I tried to show a pic of the strap stitching, it's well done and reinforced where it needs to be. For a 3 month old, it's perfection in keeping the baby close to you and providing warmth and comfort for all. Read the instructions carefully on upper and lower buckles, they give you some good suggestions on positioning and use for a bigger sized child. The mesh back panel will be great to use this summer - it won't be so hot in there, and the extra pocket with a zipper is handy to keep things at hand when you're on the move. All in all, this carrier meets our needs (and then some) and both of us are very happy with it's function and comfort.

This carrier is a little different from what I am used to, but it has some nice features.For one, all other carriers like this that I have used have the straps go straight back on each side, while this one has a crisscross design (the back looks like an 'x'). I found it a bit difficult to figure out how to get my baby in at first, but once I got it down it was fine. It was nice not having to reach back and try to do that shoulder clip that is on all of my other carriers to keep the straps together.Another difference is that all other carriers I have have 2 methods of securing the waist band, while this only has a buckle. The others have either velcro and a buckle or a buckle and elastic band that wraps around the buckle. I have never had a buckle give out, so it's probably more for my peace of mind than actually doing anything anyways.I don't have any other mesh carriers, and that is a pretty cool feature that could come in handy on hot days.I was able to get my 9 month old's legs into a nice 'm' shape for his hips. However, he wasn't too happy facing inward. That is one big thing this carrier has against it, I think, is that it can't do forward facing.I do like the various size adjustments for smaller vs. larger babies (different place to put clips, and some spots that have more or less length for the straps).I think overall this is an ok carrier, but I still prefer a seat carrier. My carrier with a seat seems to be able to give my baby the most comfortable ride and also makes it more versatile in terms of being able to inward or forward face.

This is my second Grownsy carrier and they are practical and well made. The box for this one states that it is made of 80% Polyester, 17% Rayon, and 3% Spandex (NOT COTTON as the ad wrongly states). It has soft shoulder straps but a firm hip carry strap because the baby's weight is meant to be carried primarily on your hips. The shoulder straps cross in the back. This carrier has a little bit more complicated strap system than some other carriers but it is a really ergonomic design.Unlike my other fairly similar Grownsy carrier that is capable to be used to face the baby to the front if you want to, this one seems to only be intended as a face-to-face carrier, which is for the best because any and all of this genre of wearable baby carrier are really best for nestling the baby's tummy against mommy, womb-like. On the other hand a carrier that allows for a front-facing posture may let you get longer use of it as toddlers will want to look around and see where they are going. My opinion is that ideally you'd have a face to face carrier such as this one for the younger baby and later a different carrier with an integrated hip seat that is more versatile for front-facing use with a toddler.A major selling point of this specific model is that the solid fabric panel over the child's back can zip away to reveal an airflow mesh that will be invaluable for his or her comfort in the summer. The hood feature is also just as much for sun protection as for rain or wind, and also keeps the light off of the baby's eyes when he or she is asleep.I think this is very nice and I recommend it as a baby shower gift or for parents of young babies who want to save their backs by using a more ergonomically smart carrier.
