So as far as the product is concerned, it did not fit my Lincoln mkz at all. They lied in the description of the product, I am currently awaiting a refund. If you are looking for a replacement part this is not it at least if you own the same type of car I have. Long story short DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Supreme piece of junk. I bought it for my 2007 Lincoln MKZ (passenger side) and it is too short, probably half an inch! Of course the inner wheel bearings of the CV Join won't stay inside the case. It will be while installing it, or while making the first right turn. Other thing is, the way this piece is machined (not cilindrical), you have to rely on the boot's position to tighten the band, which goes out very easy. In other words, the boot and the case must match before you tighten the band, this is a terrible design.
