Produces 5.10 VDC measured with a DMM. Center positive. I don't have an oscilloscope to measure the noise level.No AC power cord is included.

Power supply works great for that purpose. Highly recommended. Also, that it is not a wall wart supply is a plus. Image quality has been great and very stable running on this supply.
