I got this "G-STORY Gaming Laptop Cooling Pad" for my son, who uses an "Alienware M18". The M18 is very bulky and runs hot. This cooling pad is a good company for it.The pad provide adjustable angled elevation with enough room for airflow. The built-in fan also help the air circulation and even provide direct air pressure onto the back of the laptop. As a result, the laptop runs much cooler. If you do not mind the noise, this laptop cooler does the job well. I love the flip-up feet to keep the laptop from sliding forward when tilted up. I can definitely tell my gaming laptop fans don't kick on nearly as high as they used to. I also love the 5 different fan speed levels you can use as well as all the different RGB lighting effects. Also, being able to tilt my laptop up at an angle toward me helps a lot when I WFH. I would definitely get this all over again. It's totally worth it.

I'll be honest. Every product like this I have ever tested has failed quickly, within weeks/months maybe a year if it's lasting particularly long. The bearings on these tend to give out and the wires short out.That said, for now... It's working. My wife's laptop runs really hot (gaming laptop) and this keeps it from being hot an oven.

Picked up for my daughter's Alienware x14, which despite keeping cool temperatures is notorious for running the fans at high speed, resulting in some unpleasant noise when you're not wearing headphones. This cooling pad, at low levels, was sufficient to keep the laptop cool enough that it turned it's own fans to quiet mode. The temperature reduction from the elevation alone is worth it, but the fans are an added bonus. Being that the x14 is a small laptop, my daughter appreciate the elevation to bring this up to eye level and make it more comfortable to sit at for a longer period of time.She took this one to her dorm room, but she wants another for home when she comes back for a weekend here or there and brings the laptop along. It's a really good price for a very functional piece of equipment, and I doubt you'll find one that works as well for much less. The RGB is just an added bonus that makes a picky teenager happy. :)

This cooling pad is a game-changer! It keeps my laptop cool during long gaming sessions, and the adjustable fan speeds are a nice touch. The RGB lighting looks awesome and adds a cool vibe to my setup. I also love the height adjustment—it’s so much more comfortable to use now.
