The design of the Guardian D-Ring 2 Hole Anchor Plate is perfect for personal fall arrest, restraint, work positioning, and rescue/confined space applications. It is a bolt or weld-on kind of anchor plate with a D-ring. The two-bolt holes on the plate allow for metal or concrete installations. The attached D-ring is made of durable zinc-plated steel and the plate from stainless steel to ensure that it delivers optimum performance and is reliable. In addition, the size of the plate is 2” x 4 1⁄4”. This versatile PFAS anchor plate can be used in combination with horizontal lifelines.

These are great when on the roof. Allows you to tie in and utilize both sides of roof.

Great Anchor! Quality is great. Only drawback is the chain that holds the safety inspection tags keep breaking off. When they got too short we used a zip tie to hold them on for inspection. Cheap fix. Great product!
