I've had one of these for several years on my Trek, so I bought another one for my Specialized ebike. Works perfectly. Feels very secure. Never had a problem with it over many months and miles. So much better than a plastic alternative.

I ordered the PRO1 model, and that's what it said on the box. Inside the box however, was the P10 model.It seems to be good quality, and works for what I need so I'm not going to bother with returning it, but reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to.It has size adapters for different size bars. The biggest size fits the tapered bars on my mountain bike at their largest diameter (31.8mm) right by the stem clamp. It installed easily (hinged so you don't have to remove grips, brakes, or shifters), seems plenty strong, and has a secure grip.Edges are a little sharp. Not enough to cut you, but cables and brake lines could wear if they rub.

How do you fit a square peg in a round hole? This product came defective and I was unable to assemble.Cheap manufacturing and quality control is evident. Someone put this in a box and didnt even think to check if it works.

Solid, simple, quality comes with everything you need for a bar mount any normal size bar, way more sturdy then the big name brands at a tenth of the price, all aluminum construction with nylon and pvc bushings. The clamping mechanism for the phone may not work as well with thicker cases like otterbox as the "claws" are only about 1/4" high it fits my Samsung note 10 in a silicone case like it was designed for it. Holds it with a death grip with 0 vibration on my kawasaki ninja, I'd even feel secure using this mount on a dirt bike, it's that sturdy. As a note there are several different models available with different mounting styles for bike and phone. I had to search to find the one I wanted.
