Its 3d printed in PLA+- this is low grade hobby plastic (PLA being the lowest). Should have used PETG, or better. The tolerances on mine were horrible- more than 1/8th of wiggle. You would not get good dados out of it. The finish was terrible too- you can see all the print lines and it had burrs all over it. Nice idea though.

This worked perfect to cut a straight grove in my workbench so that I could embed a track with measuring tape. It was easy to install on my Bosch router in less than 2 minutes and fit snugly on my track saw track while also moving easily back and forth. I have some other plans for using this jig but even if I only used it for this one project the price was fair for the accuracy that it gave me.

For a little bitty jig or convenience it works really well. I had to run it back and forth on my rail a few times to smooth it out, but after that it runs smoothly and without any wiggle.I know you can make something like this, but as little time as I have in the shop I didn’t want to waste days trying to refine what someone else already figured out.I do wish it were clear transparent plastic, though. Black plastic doesn’t allow visibility to the work.

The jig fits the router well, but is slightly loose on the track so it was a once and done use. I would not recommend buying it

Fit perfectly in my kreg trak and plate fit perfectly bosch 1617. Recently moved and making new bench. Big time saver over making own plate or a jig

First, be aware it's only drilled to fit the plunge base, not the fixed base for the 1617. Second, while it says you can use the factory subbase screws, all of mine are pan / round head screws. You'll need flat head 4mm screws to fit the countersunk holes in this base. Other than that, it fits my Makita track perfectly with no slop. The little pointer arrows (marking the bit center) on the sides are a nice touch.

Another way to use the track saw track. Fit my router perfectly. Slid into/into the saw track and got the job done, safely and easily.
