If you play an acoustic guitar and don't have a Guitar Pin Remover in your case, you might be missing out on something. In the past, I've used my fingers without much luck, and pliers, which get the job done, but can ruin the pins if you're not careful.This guitar pin remover is simple and effective. Very easy to use and will probably save you time when changing strings. Plus, it looks nice. I tested it on an unstrung guitar and had no problem removing the pins. It might require a little more effort if there are strings on the guitar, but it might not. It's worth having.

These pin removers are perfect for changing the strings on my Taylor guitar. What I particularly like about them, in addition to the excellent quality of them, is that the end is angled so that when you insert the prongs underneath the pin, you then use it like a fulcrum to pull the pin up out of its hole. It works very effectively and the price was definitely right for the pair of them. Very pleased with them!
