It works well and is of good quality. The neck rest has multiple height options. I also like to use it to prop up/tilt forward a guitar or box for YouTube videos.The mat can be tough to get flat. But, usually it relaxes and stays flat when used. If you roll it up when not in use, you'll have to do this again. That's to be expected.
