I love the design of these pickup covers but after getting several with paint blotches or issues in the black painted area of them, I just can’t put them on my guitar. It looks like they tried to hide it using a flat black, but when you’re close you can see anything from paint runs to blobs in the painted area. Maybe they need to get a machine to paint it or burn it in black in those areas. But after returning 2 sets and seeing the pics (expanded view) it’s apparently a QA or manufacturing issue.
