It only lasted 2 rounds around my lawn and split. I wouldn't recommend this belt to anyone.

The belt was installed and as soon as the mower was turned on it shredded. Had to go to Lowe's and get another one at a higher price.

I bought this belt as a backup to have on hand when it's time to replace the current mower deck belt on my John Deere LA115 mower. I cannot ethically do a full review of this belt because it will hang on the wall until it is needed. On visual examination it seems to be well made.

Spare belt for my JD L100 series. Length seems correct. Splicing is good and barely noticeable.

I recently noticed that the blades on my three-year-old S100 were starting to bog down, or even completely disengage, when mowing thick patches of grass. I also noticed the smell of a burning belt. It was apparent to me that the original belt was worn, and that it was time for a new one. Luckily for me, I was able to find the correct belt for my mower, and decided to order it.Thankfully, replacement was quite easy, only requiring you to loosen a couple bolts for the tensioner, slip the belt over the pulleys, and reinstall the tensioner. Now my mower is fully operational once again. The belt itself is very well manufactured, and does not slip, squeal, or smell. At only $22, I would consider this to be a great value, and given the quality, I expect this belt to last me 3-5 years. I would recommend this replacement.
