This part fits my D140 perfectly. Installs in less than 5 minutes and operates exactly as the original. Two things to be aware aware of to make this a quick and easy install. 1) package comes with no instructions and there is a small black rubber cable dust boot loose in the package. Don't forget to install it before attaching the new cable or you will need to uninstall and reinstall. Ask me how I know. 2) Before taking off the old cable, pull throttle all the way back to idle position. Then mark with a sharpie the exact position of the throttle connection (the part that moves and cable slides into). You'll be glad you did when you tighten the retention clamp. If you do that you should not need to adjust it.
