Great bench, just a bit small for 1.7m tall. One big flaw after 1 year of used. My fingers were jammed between the metals folding section and they hurt so much. It's a hazard. I'm looking for a new bench.

Other than the long 4 week wait for delivery I have to say the bench is great! The non assembly needed is a huge plus.

Man o man this bench is AWESOME!!! thank goodness i paid no mind to some of the nevative reviews here!!! First of all i have been training pretty hardcore since my late teens and still going ( 50 years) and still go heavy on most compound moves ( squats, bench, deadlifts, military presses e.t.c) sometimes im straight up only doing powerlifting other only bodybuilding style lifting so i either go to the gym or train at home since i have a squat rack, 475 pounds of free weights at home, olympic bar, you name it i got it at home but the gym is still the gym, i have a joe weider bench i boughf in 1995 ( 25 years) and still going strong but its time to upgrade to a foldable to have extra space in my apartment, i researched lots of benches ( foldable) and was going to purchase 1 of 3 more expensive ones i had on the cart but my gut feeling said dude go with the most inexpensive one since you dont even have to adjust one single thing like all the others and boy im glad i did. I didnt have to do a single thing, just open box, take off plastic and ready to go!! The steel feels heavy duty not cheap, my bencg came very well made and no wobbling at all!## coincidence it was chest day when it arrived so i skipped the gym and trained at home with my brother who was gonna meet me at the gym. Bench press i went up to 315 pounds ( NO PROBLEM NO WOBBLE) MY brother went up 365 on bench ( NO PROBLEM NO WOBBLE) i weigh 205 pounds solid and my brother 225 solid muscle. I got 285 on the incline and my brother 300 on the incline...we had no issue if we wanted to go heavier at home....this bench for the price and man folds so small u can put it anywhere, the box looked so small.when it arrived cause it was folded and very light, i didnt even look at the instruction book, it was soooo easy how to figure everything out. All everyone talks about is incline, flat and decline on reviews but this bench is superb...it gets into a perfect seated position for military presses or seated dumbell curls e.t.c, some of the other foldable benches only start at incline and dont get into the seated position like this one. Anyway take it from me who has been training since the 80s...for a home or garage gym set up this bench is awesome and at a great price and you dont have to assemble one single thing, UNHEARD OFF!!! im sure this will last me for years just like the non folding weider one i had....HIGHLY RECOMMEND for home or small.apartment with limited space or just for a regular garage or house type gym...i dont see any sense with going with more expensive ones, too many people here on amazon complain about every single.thing they buy!!#

My home gym is in my apartment bedroom, so I needed the following things in an F.I.D. bench:1. Assurance that it would not scratch the linoleum flooring.2. Light weight so I could move it when not in use.3. Ease of folding so I could quickly store it in my closet.This bench accomplishes all of the above for a pretty reasonable price. The legs have a cover over them which meant that the floor was safe when I unboxed it. I can easily move it with one arm to another part of the room without any strain (I'm not a strong person). Finally, if it's in a flat position, I can easily unfold it by removing one pin, just as the instructional video on this page shows.Unboxing it was unbelievably easy. The manual that came with the bench clearly demonstrated where the three pins should go. The only other thing I had to do was slide on the foam onto the leg supports and decide where I wanted to put the pillow. I think the total assembly time was around 20 minutes and most of that was spent unboxing the bench, removing the protective styrofoam, and figuring out where the packaging tape should go.I only have a couple of complaints about the bench. The first is that the part of it near the leg rest can feel a bit wobbly, but I have not had any actual issues with it. It can just creak a bit. The second is that it's black and orange. I'm not a fan of that color scheme, but oh well.

This bench is awesome. The price and positions (decline to upright; adjustable seat) you can set on this bench make it the best all-around bench you can buy here on Amazon (Even has a bonus bench cushion and ankle padding for ankle stability - a huge plus). The fact that it folds for storage is also a huge plus.The only downsides to the bench is like other reviewers have stated, I can see the staples/padding from the underside of the bench eventually popping out causing some quality control issues with the external fabric covering. It has not happened yet, but I can see it happening. Also all the pins to position the bench aren't stationary pins where you can pull and move the bench into position until it 'clicks' into the next slot. You need to FULLY remove the pins, align the holes, and then put the pin all the way through again to secure in place. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. Lastly, it does wobble just a bit. The actual base and foundation are strong and doesn't wobble. It's the upper torso (incline/decline) portion of the bench that wobbles because the pins aren't exactly a tight/exact fit so naturally you will have some side-to-side movement -- but only if you manually take the time to consciously move it while on your back! It will NOT distract from doing a routine workout and will hold up to any type of movement you do. Again, not a deal breaker, just nitpicking here trying to be as detailed as possible.Great bench for a small apartment or studio. I have powerblocks and can't believe I went this long without a bench! It makes all the difference! And finally I found one that can fold up and be versatile with positioning at the same time. Not to mention the great price! I would definitely recommend this bench.
