I bought this for my 11 yo daughter who is struggling with fear of skills to help her with building up her confidence. She loved it and has been reading and writing in her planner every day. It also helps with motivation as it helps the gymnast to think about goals. It has a section for meets where they can write down their goals for each meet and keep track of scorers and their progress throughout the season. Overall this is a great tool for gymnasts, especially competitive ones.

My 13 year old granddaughter was thrilled to receive. Inspirational and useful. I did alter certain pages to list the gymnastics events in which she completed.
