It's supposed to be tight; but I think it might actually run a tad small. I got a Large (my normal shirt size), and had great difficulty getting it on. Ironically, it was tighter on my chest (not much needed) than my belly (disaster zone). The belly of this beast is a bit stretchier than the man boobs area.Overall, it is quite tight - but not a burden at all. It wears well, and is comfortable over time. I do not know how if fairs over time in hot and humid conditions, but the materials of construction tell me that this body shaper will wick moisture, and ventilate. So good job!Final warning though. Until you practice a bit, it is hard to put on and harder to take off. Take it easy and figure it out. Don't pull a muscle in the process! :)

I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but this compression shirt really delivers. It fits snug and gives great support exactly where I need it! especially in the chest and stomach areas. After wearing it for a few days, I started feeling more confident in my clothes and could definitely see a difference in how my shirts fit.
