This is a large general purpose backpack somewhat similar to military-type rucksack capable of carrying additional gear and items for outdoor and hiking use. This is a Chinese manufactured backpack which has several color options for the customer to select. This backpack has several sections to place items inside which does provide a layer of waterproof protection. Once secured on the customer's back this pack has additional padding to provide some comfort if you have to hike a distance. Canteens and other items could be secured on the exterior of the backpack using the Molle-type equipment. This could be useful if you like outdoors, hiking, or just need a small pack for travel during a short trip.

Haven't used this too often so I can't comment on how durable it is. What I can say is that it has more places to store stuff then you will ever need.I just went on a week long trip and I was able to pack in everything I needed and still had some pockets that I could stuff more things into. Only thing I didn't get to fit in it was my laptop, but it is quite large (I'm sure a smaller one would have fit).I will likely use it during hunting but hunting season here is a ways off. I'll see about updating this review if anything changes with it, but so far it's looking good.

This is a nice backpack with appropriately placed large and small pockets. I love the velcro panels on the front for morale patches.

I ordered the tan colored Molle tactical backpack. I feel like you can never have too many backpacks. School, work, hiking, traveling, sports, camping. We have quite a few backpacks designated for different activities.The tactical backpack seems durable. It has two front zippered areas with pockets and room for storage. The large, zippered area is very spacious. It has a pocket for a laptop and two mesh, zippered pockets. There is a good amount of padding on the straps and area up against your back for extra comfort.The two side pockets are odd to me though. They look like pockets you would use for a water bottle and a lot of people (I would think) would want to use them for that but there is a bungee closure that makes it impossible to get a water bottle into it.I did test the water-resistant feature. The water just beaded up and sat on the backpack until I wiped it off so that worked great.

Pockets make for a well organized, clean pack. Not a huge fan of the laser cut molle, but these are a good lot. Plenty of places for morale patches.Holds up well to daily abuse and has good zippers.

I would not say this is "military issue" quality but for the price it fits the bill. Nice that the main compartment opens totally flat which make packing easier. Lots of storage pockets and the laptop area seems well padded. One odd thing is that the water bottle pockets on either side have elastic closures that don't open enough to allow easy insertion of a large bottle; the elastic is not long enough. You can get one in but it shouldn't be so tough. Overall I'd say it's OK.
