32 feels right at the waist but it feels tight in the QUAD area when sitting or if you’re on a bike or motorcycle if you ride. Your legs won’t really go full ROM like any ordinary BDU would with their extra baggy space. So go up in size. . Returning the 32 for 34. It’s rip stop so it’s pretty breathable too. But not so much with this tight fitment.Good luck.

I love everything about these. They are super comfortable and durable. The only problem is that the Velcro on the ankle makes them unable or difficult to be bloused

As others have said, these are not for thic bois, or workout guys...in fact if your not on the super skinny side for your height waouldnñ;

They run super small. Ripped the pocket pulling them up.

Dimensions around pants were wrong. 32” waist, but super skinny in the quad and calf area. Way too smal in these areas.

They're small than expected so get a size or two bigger than what you'll need. In a military trouser I'm a 32 long but these are short and I even got a size larger than I would normally get. I would recommend getting the length you need them getting them hemmed. Over not terrible besides the size however the top front pockets have holes with an adjustment strap which is okay except when ur keeping something in there smaller than a screw driver handle. I had a pen in my pocket and by the end of the day I thought I had lost it but found it later in my boot. Knee pads are great u will need to add Velcro on to them for them to actually stay in the pants over long periods of time. They did come out but not all of the way. Sticking on the pants are China quality so just be aware of that. And the knee pad supports around the knee pads are rip-stop it's not elastic like ur G2 version which is much better. Overall these aren't great but they're not terrible either.
