Did not think my floors were that dirty, but this mop really shows how dirty they were! Really easy to use, not noisy, and the pads machine wash well. Bought more mop pads, which were delivered quicklySo far have only had around 15 minutes working time before recharging, from a full battery, rather than the 45 minutes that advertised. The spray is good, but does make the top of the mop very wet. And the instructions suggest it is a steam mop, which it is not, and I specifically did not want a steam mop, as unsuitable for my flooring

Initially I was pleased with it but a bit concerned because the handle was a bit stiff to release, after a few times I used it the handle broke completely off and is now useless I can't be bothered with the palava of sending back or getting a refund, So I wouldnt recommend. Steve Dyer.

Pros: I have a normal spray mop and this is certainly less effort.Cons: It is not very clear in the description, but on the instructions it says that it's only suitable for smooth floors. When they say this they mean really smooth surfaces. I have tiles in a bathroom which look smooth but when you run a finger over them there is a very, very slight texture. On this surface the mop leaves ring marks all over the floor and it had to be re-cleaned with my other mop to get the marks out. I have another tiled floor with really shiny tiles and it works well on these.On balance I wish I hadn't bought this as it is only suitable for some of the floors I intended it for. Still looking for the perfect hard floor cleaner.
