The cable arrived quickly. It was a perfect for the John Deere mower. I have a dealer nearby, but this was much less, made just as good as original, and it was 2 days versus walking into the parts dept. I could wait for that much of a disount. I'llbuy more cables and parts from here.

Fits like OEM parts but the cable is a little too long and the belt does not have the tension that it should. It is useable but I'm afraid it will cause the belt to fail. In tall grass I can hear it slipping. I will buy the JD part and keep this one for a backup because they all fail at some point. At least I can cut the grass.

I was skeptical, ordering this because it was made in China, but after installing it so far so good. Will see in time, but the price was good. I installed this on my 17-year-old John Deere LA 115 . First cable I ever put on it ,it had been trouble free ever since I’ve owned it. So far, I think anybody should try it , worked for me, but I’m a typical homeowner.
