The card is great. The sentiment is a little dry although it is heartwarming it seems like a card you would buy in the gift shop of a hospital and the color of it seems a little feeling also for a first Mother’s Day card. I would expect a little bit more life, although the woman I Gave the card to on Sunday smiled and teared up so she felt everything she was supposed to with the card. I am a little more picky.

My cousin just became a new mom, so this card came at the perfect time! The card itself is printed on a beautiful teal cardstock and includes some nice embossed foil accents & linework. The sentiment on the card is very sweet as well. The entire card is thick and feels substantial and the curved corners are a nice touch you don't often see on greeting cards. My card came in protective plastic in perfect condition, so I am very pleased.

This is a perfect card ... you don't find these in most stores, so it is a really good opportunity to get a meaningful card like this.Hallmark cards are generally the best you can buy, both in their content but also their construction. It is made of a durable cardboard, which can likely be saved if the recipient wants to commemorate the occasion in a book, etc. Some of the less expensive cards are made on less rigid stock ... this feels like high quality and the printing is done really well.The only real change I would make is the color. This is sort of a greenish-blue color. I feel like a 'baby blue' ... more bright and cheery would probably be to my preference. The gold accents are pretty nice ... and the logo is so cute. I don't want to nitpick too much but a little brighter and more fun pink or blue color would be the only design change I would make.Overall, there isn't too much to say about a greeting card, but this is a nice one. A little pricey at over five bucks but it's the thought that counts.
