Purchased items first week of December received just one item "Lucy" the cheapest character I have attempted via the amazon process of contacting the seller which proved to be useless and utter rubbish that provided nothing in the form of customer satisfaction in completing the purchase. It appears to me that the amazon process supports the seller more than providing a higher level of support for the customer "Prime Member". This set was for my wife who loves these characters from our childhood, these characters are "very" expensive but worth it for the woman I love, I wish that this was a shared feeling especially from a Hallmark store front. I would not recommend anyone utilizing this store front for purchasing series of keepsakes, as our set is rendered incomplete because of their ineffective business practices.
