This cloak is best hung outside in a Halloween display where is would look awesome. It's very hot to wear and sheds all over the house. It's oversized and I'm a hefty woman, the hood is so big you can't walk around and see where you are going without constantly pushing it back or holding up the front the entire time.

Simply add a scary mask or a black face covering, and you have yourself a simple and great looking costume! This cape functions much like a poncho, with a hood (that is blacked out on the inside, which adds to the effect), and then openings that allow for your hands to poke through. They're not "sleeves", exactly, but just openings, which allows the cape to move with your arms. The cape is also flexible for different sized people. My photos are of a 6'4" man, but it could also work on a 5' tall person, and would just cover them all the way to the floor. This is one of the easiest and best looking costume accessories I have, and it will get plenty of use over the coming years for costumes!

It is reasonably priced. There is enough fabric to tie and arrange, so it could be used for a great number of different themes. I’m making a mask to go with it. And maybe some dripped paint that looks like blood. The arms have a seam by the wrist that keeps the cape in place around my arms. The bottom is all slashed up and airy. The cape covers most of my body and it’s big enough to wear a jacket underneath. That’s good because I will be at an outside party. This costume is adult sized.

Great quality! Breathable and light weight! My son loved it! Fit great on his 5’6” frame!

I bought this for my Katara as the Painted Lady costume, and it worked perfectly (with a few strategic cuts for accuracy). This is a loosely woven linen so it would definitely be somewhat see through during the day. I wore it at night though so it wasn't really an issue. I'm 5'4" and it was long on me but not enough to trip me. The only downside was that it does shed because of the raw hem, so I found a lot of little strings on the floor. It was worth it though in my opinion.

Initially, I thought this was going to be a fabulous outfit. Nope. 1)completely see thru 2)by the end of the day (5 hours) it had unraveled to a few shreds of NOTHING.This was way not worth it for the price!

it leaves this string kind of material everywhere and is very thin.

Bought the brown option pretty last minute for a Ren Faire hag/goblin costume and it worked perfectly. Fabric is burlap adjacent, very breathable, and decent quality for the price. Exactly the color I was looking for with the brown. I sewed on some fake leaves, they are not part of the robe itself. I would give 5 stars but the arms are connected to the torso instead of being independent, which somewhat restricted my mobility and made it hard to wear a belt on top of the robe.
