After installing about 30 of these in my house i've come to know them well. The light quality is nice and I enjoy the dim to warm feature. The canless housing is clean and easy, especially when paired with a hole saw.Pros: The junction box comes with wago connectors for quick install. It also has cable clips to secure the romex in the box. I have found that other brands do not come with cable clamps so this is a nice addition.Cons: When i've used this in a new build situation and I am securing the junction box to a joist during drywall install, I have found the pigtail a little too short. This is the part where you attach the light to the junction box. In my mind the pigtail should have enough length to easily connect outside of hole spaced between a 16" joist. As is, the connection is just above the hole so it makes it difficult to make the connection in the ceiling above a 4" hole opening. One other slight con is that the spring clamps are very strong. While this is great for making a tight seal, IF you do need to pull it down to switch CCT you will break apart the drywall around the hole opening. A nice touch they could provide would be a plastic ring that protects the drywall.Regardless, I will keep using these in my house. The price and quality is right on.

Compatible with the Lutron Caseta dimmers, true 900lm, well built junction box. I tried a bunch of wafers and that's the only one that properly dimmed to low levels and was true to the lumens of can lights.

At first I was a bit skeptical of LED's because of the heat generated from experiences of other LED products. So I bought the 6 inch version of this light, gave it some power and iet it stand on my workbench for 30 minutes. Minimal heat from the LED's and the driver box was my result in a 65 degree basement. You could pick up and hold the light at the base...minimal heat, very minimal.Overall these lights are very nice. The spring assembly that holds them in place have a build of quality of the ones received. Installation is very easy, just cut a hole in the sheet rock with the template that came with the package, run the wiring to the switch, set the lumens to the desired brightness, and you're golden. These are perfect for the DIYer remodel where you don't have to open up your ceiling entirely. Oh and you can't use a dimmer if they are too bright. Cooper Lighting has a big .pdf of compatible dimmers that will work for these lights. (And NO, Cooper is not lining my wallet for this review)
