Great product. When using like a crockpot tends to burn on bottom. May want to stir more often or cut the cook time a bit.

I’m a simple guy. Just needed to get a new rice cooker to replace our old one. This one had a lot of options and honestly too many buttons for me. Everything works well and no issues. Just one minor thing I find annoying is that the top lid on the inside comes off from the suction when opening it while cooking rice. So it’s annoying trying to pry it off and try to stick it back to the little metal piece that holds it in place.
