5/8” or 16 mm Diameter Tubing is the most commonly used thickness for spearguns yielding ap-proximately 100 pounds of force per band, with a 400% elongation. This is the same high-quality rubber used for decades by HammerHead Spearguns and you will enjoy its consistent formula-tion from batch to batch, year after year.

High Quality FDA Compliant formulation with reduced latex allergens ensures consistent stretch and return even after numerous elongation cycles and does not crack and melt in the sun like in-ferior imported rubber. This resistance to melting is especially important in tropical areas and un-der summer’s hot sun. Our US quality control also ensures overall diameters are maintained as fluctuating OD’s can be a problem with imported dipped rubber production.

Our 5/8” Bulk Rubber tubing is available in a variety of pre-cut lengths from 1’ to 50’ fulfilled directly from ἅmazon or shipped from HammerHead’s climate controlled storage facility.

For optimal results replace your speargun bands annually or after 6 – 8 months of heavy use.

Always keep Natural Latex products out of direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to heat and moisture. For long term storage keep your speargun bands and all other natural rubber latex products sealed in a zip bag in a climate and moisture controlled area (like your refrigerator).

Ordered the 50' length. it came in 3 sections. I am cutting it down to size, which means I will have more waste because it is not one continuous piece. Will not be ordering again.
