One of the light domes were missing. Now we have to order a new one. Not happy with this service.

Beautiful light delivered as promised but returned same day we got it because the mounting base,bars and hardware were all missing!! So we will see if the replacement one comes with all the parts that are supposed to be in the box. Only gave 1 star will update if the new one is correct

This light looks great over my kitchen sink. Good quality and easy to assemble and hang. I only used the 6" down rods and didn't like the look of the swivel rods where the down rods meet the ceiling plate so I didn't use them and had to file the openings in the ceiling plate to make the down rods fit. Easy fix! I think the swivels are more for the long down rods over a kitchen island or breakfast bar. One of the reviewers had mentioned that one of the ends was bent and made it look cheap. One of my ends was bent too so I just gently but firmly grabbed it and twisted it back out. It wasn't that difficult. One of the shades arrived broken so I had to contact the seller and they shipped out a new one the same day. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. For months I have been searching track lighting because I wanted multiple lights in this area but all of the track lighting had tiny bulbs and shades and it just didn't look right. Changed my search to pendants and found this beauty.
