The quality of the jumper cables with alligator clips is bad. It seems that the wire is not properly connected to the clips. Therefore, the cable does not work. This gives additional work to trouble shoot and fix the wire first. Secondly, the packaging is too simple-a small plastic bag.

Pleasantly surprised with the value considering the price. Wired it to a 2.5A USB charger and it works well.
