SanderCard is a valuable tool for anyone with a requirement for sanding surfaces. Builders, Carpenters, Furniture Makers, Car Bodyworkers, Furniture Restorers, Decorators, Hobbyists, Ceramic Artists and Modellers, are but a handful of the specialists who include a SanderCard in their sanding toolkit.
SanderCard is flat and rigid, with some flex in it, this 'flex' creates the downward force to sand, unlike a standard block sander that requires the users to apply weight to the sander, this Flex-Produced Downforce sands deep into corners, profiles, around obstacles and across flat surfaces.
The super-slim profile provides finger-tip control of the sanding surface and being so thin, the sanding area is also highly visible when sanding. Its size is space-saving too, the thin profile fits into any size toolbox or even your pocket, meaning fewer trips down the ladder, to the shed or the van.
SanderCard fixes to widely-used hook & loop-backed sandpaper and any brand of hook & loop sandpaper can be used, so if you have a preferred brand then the SanderCard will attach to it. Hook & Loop is a versatile means of attachment that allows easy swapping between course and fine-grit papers and back again.

Sand tightly into corners. Ideal for doorframes, windows and joinery
Inside corners are difficult to fully abrade and a Sandercard makes light work of them. A slight flex of the tool applies a downward force directly along its working edge creating a very firm abrasion directly into corners. This method also produces a feathered finish out away from the corner, creating a safe area to overlap with when using a powered orbital, palm, or sheet sander.
Like sanding with your fingers, only Flat, Even and Square
When the SanderCard is relaxed it is flat and firm and performs much like a Sander Block. the difference is that you can feel the surface being sanded beneath your fingertips, much like when you sand with your hand alone. With the card between you and the surface, it can help to protect your fingers too. Use it to sand flat areas, square angles, deburr laminates and smooth curved edges.
Great for prepping window frames. Sand against glass without scratching
Don't risk scratching glass with a sanding block. Use the SanderCard to Sand directly up against glass when preparing window frames. The smooth edge of the card can run directly against adjacent surfaces without damaging them. Use the torque in the card to apply pressure directly into the glass bead. Safely Sand up against glass, corners in plasterwork, and other surfaces.

Fits into the smallest toolbox
Keep it to hand by storing it anywhere - it doesn't need a lot of space. Even if you have no plans to sand anything, it's small enough to have on board, just in case.
Create a very thin sanding edge to sand Grooves and Profile Detail
Sand grooves and router detail easily by using the thin edge of the tool to sand along the length of wooden mouldings and inside grooves. Wrap the sandpapaer around the edge of the tool to create a very thin sanding edge to work with.
Hooks to other Sandpaper brands
Use the Sandpaper of your choice. Hook & Loop fixing is common on many abrasive paper brands, and 125mm x 70mm is a standard size widely used for sanding blocks. Or, cut lengths off of a suitably sized Sandpaper Roll.
Sands in very tight spots
At only 2mm thick, you'll be able to sand areas tight areas easily. Slats on teak garden furniture or gaps decking are good examples. Using the spring torque in the card, you can apply a lateral force in places your fingers cannot get behind when using sandpaper alone.
Sand high-spots and fillers flat and smooth with fingertip control
Dry Wall and Plaster Sanding
SanderCard is great for plaster wall repairs because it does not abrade the surfaces you sand up to, making it particularly useful in corners and where a wall meets the ceiling
Bodywork Repairs
With just enough flex for mild curves, the SanderCard is great for car bodywork. It's waterproof too, so wet sanding is no problem

Great for sanding detail on on panelled door. The Sanding pads can be adjusted about to make use of more paper .. getting lots of use and saving my fingertips

I like this product. I worked on a project with tiny details and needed something that would give me access to all of them. Yes it’s slow and meticulous work but it was very helpful

Sanding door jams on a teardrop camper build. The intricate profile is difficult to finish to the degree I wished it would be. This product appears to fill that need. Also, I have been doing a lot of finger pressure sanding with sheets and this looks like a better way of sanding.

Genius … I’ve been hand sanding for 40 years , folding sandpaper into tiny bits to accomplish what this simple simple tool lets me do w/ little effort ! Great idea ! and works like a charm !

This is a nice little gadget for getting into tight places, but unfortunately, I didn't notice that the lowest grit paper it comes with is #120. I really needed #60 since I'm doing paint removal and trying to get into places that my sander nor rotary tool will reach. It's a great concept and I think I'm going to like it once I get the sandpaper grit I need.

Excellent Baseboard SanderA brilliantly simple product that works perfectly. I used the card sander on my baseboards the day it arrived, flat but with some flex, gets into corners well and helped me sand clear of the carpet tack strip, worth having it for that alone. Really tough, won’t break. Sandpaper is good stuff too, going to order more.

Great sander and works incredibly well. Used it on some discrepancies on our front porch and it took cracks and breaks in the wood and made them look brand new! Great product overall!

Ordered these after trying many different sanding blocks over the years and can’t believe anyone didn’t invent these before. A brilliantly simple product that works perfectly. I used it on my skirting boards the day they arrived, so easy and flexible to use, getting into every corner and detailed edges. Sandpaper is excellent too, going to order more. Sandercard is now a go-to tool in my toolbox.
