I’ve tried everything outlined in the user guide, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be working. I’m feeling quite frustrated 😭 because I really need this to function properly. I've double-checked every step, but I'm still not getting the desired result.

Comes just as packaged! Bought to help keep my bathroom clean. I have toddler twins and let’s just say the toilet area gets messy. It’s easy to use, and the additional attachments help with different cleaning surfaces. Top tier functionality. The size, isn’t big and bulky and fits well in my small laundry room. Do not over fill be mindful of the water capacity, because there is not a water fill mark.Use the cup provided to gauge water level. Oh and the heat level…trust me it gets HOT!!

It is lightweight but awkward to hold if you need both hands for the job. It has good safety features. Maybe I expected too much.Very awkward to clean windows which is primarily what I bought it for.

So far I’m not impressed. I re-read the instructions to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong but I did it right didn’t do anything to my shower it still looks the same some stuff wiped off but still not impressed at all!

Advertised as "gentle for tiles and wood," but it left white residue everywhere. The high heat warped my laminate flooring. Now I’m stuck with repairs. Avoid this if you care about your home.
