If I could give it ZERO stars, I truly and most certainly would. This is a piece of crap!!!! I was excited to get the item bought some supplies to make stuff with it. And it won't hold a stitch, the threading comes out, and with new batteries, it is s--l-o-w. I am dissatisfied, and dissatisfied. Its 3am. I had been troubleshooting this for hrs. I thought maybe I needed to replace the needle that it came with but b4 I did that n go thru the trouble, I tried to stitch some ribbon!!! Nope!!!! Won't hold the stitch in place. Plus the battery area, I had to put cloth tape so they wouldn't fall out. I figured that out 1st due to the constant rethreading. U even took it to YouTube to go step by step how to peice together just to make sure it was done properly. Now I'm here having to get a new one. Perhaps I'll just go to Walmart and get one. But I'm most def getting my money back. It also looked like ut was falling apart like it wasnt made properly. I had to out cloth tape there, too. The thread also would get stuck inside where it is supposed to stitch together. This is my 1st sewing machine. I always sewed my hand. Being creative takes alot of my anxiety and stress so this made it worse. Im not happy with this. A stapler works better. It does remind me of a stapler, tho. But not sure what brands are the go2 other than brother or singer. Any suggestions? Thanks, I hope this helps. Btw, I always read reviews and such. But this .... Ive changed the way I speak. So no bad language as I give this a review. It was tempting, tho.

Amazed by the ease of handling it and sewing my boy's clothes. Everything fits him big, so I used to sow everything by hand, but now with this it's so much easier, the stitching is super neat and it is fast too. Lightweight, and came very handy for me.

I gave this handheld sewing machine as a gift to someone who just started learning sewing. It’s perfect for beginners—small, easy to operate, and great for doing small repairs independently. It was a hit, and they mentioned wanting to try making some small fabric crafts in the future

I bought some new lightweight work pants for summer and figured I'd just get a small sewing machine to hem up the pant legs an inch. I can't believe how poorly this sewing machine performed. You can barely get the battery compartment door shut with the batteries inside. The body of the sewing machine is so poorly made that it looks like it's going to just fall apart at any moment. All I wanted was a sewing machine to hem some pants and all the descriptions and Amazon's AI both said this could do it.... well guess what, it can't. This thing isn't worth the cardboard box it's shipped in, don't waste your time and money, get a better sewing machine or a seamstress.
