I enjoyed the power that this steam cleaner had, but it only worked for 2-3 uses before one of the gaskets broke on the screw top. I was able to fix it to finish the cleaning that I needed to, but knowing how pressurized the machine can get with steam, I was a bit worried to use it if the screw on top could be compromised. I do not use the steamer anymore and purchased a different one that did not have the screw top. If the issue with the screw top didn't happen, I probably would have still used it!

Not a bad product. It’s cheaper than the name brands for someone who doesn’t use them all the time, but if you plan on using often I’d spend a little more and get a brand with a name and warranty.

Unfortunately, the water started leaking out of the cap so the steam part did not work. It also did not work well on the grout the one time I did get it to work. Not worth the money.

This is a really nice steamer, and it creates a powerful stream. I use it to clean out my ice Maker, and the hose is long enough to reach to the back of the freezer.

It steams my clothes well and get most easy messes up. Won't get the caked on burnt on stuff from around my burners on my stove. That's half of the reason I bought it.

So far this is turning out to be a good little helper. A few improvements could make it 5-stars, but I'm really happy that I finally have an effective way to clean the crack where my oven handle meets the stove door! I've also steamed the edge where a wooden wall panel meets the wall in the bathroom. Due to steam over time, dust gets caught in that space and it's been impossible to get out until now.PROS- cleans corners and crevices better than rags+sprays.- attachments are useful. I was surprised to see that the scrub head got dirt out of a crack/cut in my linoleum floor, making the cut harder to see.- after the tank is empty, you don't have to wait to open the container for a refill (like with some other models), or at least the manual didn't advise for such. I made sure there was no pressure left in tank and refilled immediately to keep using the steamer.- does really good on all types of surfaces, including my stovetop, countertop, around the sink, the showerhead, bottom of toilet (where it meets the floor), doors (the indented panels which accumulate dust in the edges), and even my painted baseboards.- measuring cup comes with unit, so you know how much water to add- cord seems to be long enough so farCONS- you can't tell how much water has been used or is remaining, so it becomes a guessing game as to how long you have to keep working before the need to refill.- it seems to lose a slight bit of pressure, even when enough water is in the tank.- when you use the attachments be ready to also wear hearing protection. I was shocked at the increase in sound due to the steam pushing through. It required me to put cotton in my ears.- have lots of paper towels or hand towels on hand; you have to wipe after spraying.
