The water tank is ridiculously small. I have to refill it every 5 minutes which makes cleaning extremely inefficient

I like it and it works well, but I think the design could have been a lot better.The long metal tube is awkward and having a scrub brush on the end puts a lot of pressure (and more awkward-ness) on the handpiece. It's fairly difficult to apply pressure on the scrub brush when it's attached to the long end of the thin metal rod. I'm assuming it's designed this way to keep the steam far enough from your hand so you don't get burned, but it's pretty difficult to scrub with pressure. At one point, I wasn't thinking and tried to hold the metal part for extra bracing...don't do that. It's really hot (duh), and I burned my hand pretty badly.The plastic tubing feels a little on the cheap size, but we'll see how it lasts. You can certainly feel the heat radiating from it. Granted, this is my first steamer (other than a clothing steamer), so maybe that's just a universal struggle for steamers with tubes.As far as function, it works well. It produces very hot steam, and gets the grime out of tough spaces. I used it on our shower door guides (these have always been a struggle for me), and I was amazed at how much yuck came off them. The scrub brushes are super stiff...almost too stiff. I felt like I was actually scraping rather than scrubbing. I found that I like using the steam spout by itself and then scrubbing with a different brush.All in all, it works and works okay. The design makes it a little tricky, but depending on what I'm using it for, it gets the job done.

The worst product I have ever gotten shopping on Amazon. Had problems from the very first day of use. I took the tank off to check the filter like it says to do in the troubleshooting guide and the entire top came apart. There is no water protection on any of the circuit boards or electrical connections. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I can't give it zero stars
