Muy bueno para cambiar de posición las manos en rodadas largas, solo que están un poco chicos para las manos de un hombre

Had to cut part of the rubber hand grip off to make room for these but they attached firmly and easily then. I have small hands but even so, these are still a wee bit small length and diameter wise. My 8 year old grand daughter's hands fit them. Because of the size they don't give much relief when you change position from normal grip to these.
