If you want a traditional sword worth thousands of dollars this isn’t for you. But I wanted something functional, not just a display sword. I was a bit worried about it being carbon steel instead of 1050 spring when I ordered it but it’s plenty durable for functional use. It’s sharpened but not super sharp and I’ll have to sharpen it up some. It came packaged very well to protect it against Ohio snow and delivery drivers and the blade came oiled.This is honestly way better than I could have expected for the low price

After returning 20 plus swords I’m very happy to keep this one. The first sword in my life. Although returning the swords was so much fun and I could have kept doing it to eventually find my first…yet truly thankful I am to only have searched through 20 plus swords to find agreement to the quality in this one.Whom ever made this sword.
