Gaelic football is really fun! I introduced it to our PE course this semester. It took a little bit for the kids to get into it, but now it’s gone around the school! Definitely recommend. :)

The Good: This is as close as I've found compared to the Real Deal from Ireland. Correct size and a close feel (grip) to a proper O'Neills Gaelic football (Size 4). All the ladies agreed that the ball feels "squishy" but easy to grasp and hang on to. Price point is good especially when outfitting a team of players for practices. Ball is very well made and I believe will last several seasons if stored correctly.The Bad: The weight of this ball is slightly off since it's not true leather like an Official O'Neills game ball but PVC. The ball is bit bouncier and will fly pretty high if not caught cleanly before hitting the ground. They go slightly flat after a short time and require a "top off" between practices (I purchased 3 and all went soft within a few days after just sitting in my car.) Have seen this item for double the price on other websites - I would not be extremely disappointed had I paid that amount for this item.I've purchased proper O'Neills Gaelic footballs from Amazon before (different sellers) but this is not it. Best for practice if you need volume for a team but be sure to have some of the heavier, official footballs around as well or you will discover during a game that you are not used to kicking, handpassing or blocking a heavier, leather ball.Item is listed as a soccer ball, possibly due to US Amazon not having a category for Gaelic football. Do NOT buy if you are looking for a soccer ball! This is not aa soccer and not made to be one.

The good: You can inflate this ball, and practice with it. It weighs similar to an official match ball, feels similar to an official match ball, but this a knock-off. Have to go to O'Neills website to get the real thing. I'm not sure why this is allowed on Amazon, it sure is tempting, but its fake.
