All the pockets are symmetrical. What's more, all the pockets with the different depths and lengths make it more functional.

Phone Holder
When hanging at home, it is better to follow the App via the phone. Then the phone holder is really great for fix your phone.
The size of our Phone holder is as following: Width-90mm; Depth:30mm; Height: 9-16mm; Inclined Angle: 20°.
The design of inclined angle makes it easier to watch when you hanging on the hangboard.
Climbing Hanger
The Climbing Hanger is made by #304 and with M8 hole. It is safe enough to hang any more weight as you want when you want to change the difficulty of hanging. Otherwise, you may use this climbing hanger to add some other training itmes, like rubber band, pull up grips, bricks and so on. It is easy to fix on or remove. So, just take away when you don't want it on the board.
Rubber Plates
As climbers, when you become more advanced on climbing, you may need a more challenge hangboard to keep improving. Buy a new one?No.,then the two rubber plates(3mm Thickness) can help you make the pocket shallower. That means, you can keep training on one hangboard from beginning to be advanced.
Smooth Polish
The wooden fingerboard is smooth polished on all the surface including the jugs, slopes and pockets wall which allows long-term hanging and no pains on fingers. As our hagboard is made by natural solid wood with no burrs and sharp edges, soft for the skin when hang.
Filleted Corner
All the pocket, slope edges are with a R3-5 filleted corner. Hang longer but no pains
Complete Solid Wood Block
Our hangboard is CNCed from a complete piece of solid wood, which is much stronger and more durable.

Gutes, günstiges Hangboard, beinhaltet alles für die Installation. Allerdings ist alles unnötigerweise ziemlich eng, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, 4 Finger Hangs zu üben, nicht Mal am Jug, der eigentlich für Klimmzüge gedacht ist, und das mit meinen für Männer kleinen Händen. Alles in Allem aber trotzdem sehr zufriedenstellend, vorallem für ein günstigeres Offbrand Hangboard.

This is working well for our climber to practice and progressively increase their grip strength and hold time. Install was easy. The wood has a satin smooth finish. Solid piece of wood!

I got this to help my son improve his climbing and grip strength. I installed it and he loves using it. It is very well made and provides enough of a space for him to hang. He also uses it to complete pull ups.

I am always sad when fall turns into winter because I then don't get the opportunity to climb. I also have limited space. This board will allow me to train through the winter right in my own home. It is made really well. Real wood, feels nice & smooth and comes with everything that you will need to install. I will be putting this above my dinning room door to give my legs room to swing. I would recommend. I love the size and the price.

The jug holds are a bit smaller than I expected (doesnt fit my whole hand) and the bolts need to be glued in or they will pop out pretty easily, but overall it has good quality construction and does the job.
