Just purchased this for my outdoor patio. Assembly was easy enough and I would give the chair itself 4-5 stars (especially considering the price). The cushion is awfully thin, — as an average size adult male, I can’t sit in the chair for more than a couple of minutes before it becomes painfully uncomfortable. I have ordered a cushion from another company, so hopefully will be able to use it after that.

Very sturdy and looks great in the corner of my daughter's room. She assembled it with no help in minutes. She even decorated it with Christmas lights.

At the end, I decided to give this item 5 stars because of the great customer service from the seller and the fast response. They sent me a new one and it worked perfectly fine, but you can read my whole review after, and everything happened with this purchase.The item has defected screws, which is disappointing. Also, the holes in the two bended rods are not aligned together Correctly, which makes squeaky noise and wobbly chair, which is not good safety wise. I contacted seller about this issue and if they do not reply within the next 48 hours, I’m going to return the item.I will keep you updated.Edit: I pumped up my rating to three stars for now because the seller contacted me in the proper time and offered a new delivery immediately which is I really appreciate. Still I need to receive the product to see if my concerns has been solved. If this happened, I will, give this product five stars.

Bought this for my 81 yr old Mom. We were concerned she would have difficulty getting in and out of it! She loves it and has not had any issues. The only problem. Is that we can't keep her out of it.Cushion is nice and fluffy. Great materials and easy to assemble. I like that it has the 4 legs!! Much safer than the others with 3!!
