Nice vest, good fit and style but lining is cheap. Synthetic lining looks and feels like plastic, makes noise with every move you make.

My dad loves this vest. He was looking for a vest that was able to hold his glasses and other items. The weight of the material is heavy and serves his purpose well.

The first thing I noticed was the blue denim was a deep blue somewhat darker than what was shown in the photo. I was pleased with the color because I will usually wear this vest with cargo pants in a variety of colors. However, if I wanted to wear it with denim jeans, the darker color is more versatile allowing for contrast between the jeans and vest rather than look like you’re trying to match but inevitably it doesn’t.The style is great for a casual utility vest rather than the typical style sold by the brand names which look like a denim jacket with the sleeves cut off.Fit: It would be relevant to know that I am a 64 year old man, 5’8” and 160lbs. I bought the small and it fits perfectly. This is not a slim fit and is not tapered at the waist but cut straight down from under the arms ( you can see this from the video the seller provides). There is enough room for me to wear a heavy flannel shirt if I should want to without feeling snug or wear a light weight summer shirt and it will be roomy. The length is just what I would want, where the back falls slightly below the belt and the front is a little longer.The care instructions state hand wash but I will never hand wash anything, so I washed it by machine in cold water and even put it in the dryer without any noticeable shrinkage. To be safe I suggest machine wash in cold on gentle cycle and hang dry.I think the quality is more than adequate for the price. I think the vest will only look better and be more comfortable as it wears and ages. I expect to get many years of use with my only concern that the lining will wear out eventually ( would have preferred it to be unlined.Overall recommend.

Great vest would be better if the button size was a bit smaller, the adjustment belt at the back would have a working buckle and one more button is added 😊👍

I first ordered this vest in a extra large, only to find I needed xxlarge. I was impressed enough with make of it to reorder in my proper size and I love it. The liner is great and the inside pocket is a good fit for my phone. The outside pockets are deep enough to hold everything as well. Very satisfied.

I saw a style in a men's magazine that inspired me to get this vest. The magazine had a male model wearing a T-Shirt and a lightweight denim-looking vest. The overall look was casual and current (I could use some updating.) The vest the model was wearing was tencel and the price was around $130. I saw this very similar vest on Amazon. I realized it was not tercel but it was a fraction of the price, so I bought it. I am sure the more expensive vest was nicer, finished better, and had better buttons and a nicer buckle. But this vest is also nice. The denim is good quality and pliable, the stitching is good with no loose threads, the light lining is of good quality and provides a nice color contrast. Here are my criticisms: 1) The belt buckle in the back is a cheap metal and difficult to use. A plastic similar to the buttons on the front would be a better choice for the buckle. 2) The inside lining shows slightly around the arm holes. A nicer vest would have a better finish so no lining shows. 3) The vest is advertised as a waistcoat (meaning that it is not long.) Since I wear it by itself and not with an overcoat, I would prefer it an inch or two longer. However, if you are going for a certain look and don't want to spend a lot of money, I think this is a good alternative.
