Bought for the wife. She's a size 8-10 and I got her the mediums. They fit, but they def run on the big size. As for the function.... They'll do just fine! Full access to the goods, nothing gets in the way. She likes this "brand" and the quality.... It's on the $ side but it doesn't feel like the Chinese crap... Get what ya pay for

This panty is awesome. The fit is perfect and wonderful, the coverage is awesome for those of us (most of us) who don't have the perfect body. For those who have lost a significant amount of weight, like myself, and have some extra skin in front, or have several surgical incisions, like myself, don't worry, you will have full coverage. Don't waste your money buying something off the rack at a lingerie store, you will disappointed and will have wasted your money. Remember ladies, we see our flaws ten fold to what our man actually sees, and believe me, he is only going to see one sexy woman who feels good about herself in these!
