So this is a nice looking, sturdy piece of wood, however, it appears to be stained but not sealed. You can see in some of my close-up photos that it looks SO dry, almost dusty even, when it’s brand new! I would be worried about it absorbing water if it gets splashed at all. It doesn’t have any slip resistance at all. It’s straight wood all around. It might be beneficial to get some rubber strips to put on the bottom where it would make contact with your tub.It fits across my standard tub. You have to be sure you have a lip on both sides of your tub for it to rest on though, so be careful with that.Serves its purpose, and looks nice. Overall, it’s worth the buy!

Is it a tray? YesIs it wood? YesDoes it have CNC'ed slots for stuff? YesIs it worth upwards of $50? Um... NO.It is what it is... a wooden tray. The stain job is nice... it is HUGE... but it doesn't scream "high end price tag" and yet, it has a high end price tag.I give it 3 Stars... it's nice... just not a great value in my opinion.

It fits well over my tub, it doesnt feel like its going to slip and fall, although I'm sure that depends on the design of your tub. The towel holder is awesome, it allows me to dry my hands so I can touch my screen and it won't go haywire. I also keep a snack and speaker on here. If you like taking baths I definitely recommend one of these, it really elevates the experience.

I didn’t take baths as frequently as showers before I found this but now I take one at least twice a week! I ended up adding a tiny rubber sticker to the bottom of the towel bar side for added security but it probably doesn’t need it. The wood is heavy and the whole thing feels good quality. The color is attractive and each component is functional.

I have mixed feelings regarding this bath tray. I live that it is constructed from solid wood. The tray features a recessed main area as well as a cup-holder and a bar on the end to hang a small cloth from. There is plenty of room to place a book or tablet as well as a beverage without any concern of tipping or getting your items wet.While sturdy and a wonderful fit for my large soaking tub, its appearance in person is a bit underwhelming. I feel that at almost $50 it is a bit overpriced for what it is. While I appreciate the fact that they chose Paulownia wood to make these trays, I still don't think that justifies such a steep price. The look is indeed "vintage" but that kind that is obviously manufactured, and that basically means it looks cheap. It is definitely large, but with a wood bottom there is nothing to keep it from sliding around on the edge of the bathtub. That's definitely an issue I'll have to consider every time I use it, and that's not relaxing, which is what I hope a bath will be. Worrying about whatever I have on the tray spilling into the water is not what I want to experience...

If your tub is 30 inches wide or under, this tray should work well. It is made of solid wood and is quite sturdy. I had no issues having it stay in place on our tub and, I like that on the one side there is a handle or towel holder which makes it easier to grip or move and even hang on a hook.It is great to place a tablet on or a beverage. The drink holder which is barely an indentation--it would be better if it were not there. Also the staining on the tray also was inconsistent and because it was dark shade, that was quite noticeable.Overall a nice tray and quite useful.
