The Loveseat is Great but has a very strong tanning smell which is overwhelming. We are still trying to air it out. The Deliver however was the worst. The freight company that Amazon used to delivered the Loveseat only had 1 woman truck driver to get the recliner in our entryway. My wife and I are in our upper 60's and we had to help unload the truck. The weight of the recliner is so heavy it took us over a hour to get it off the truck and into our entryway just inside the front door without damaging the recliner. We paid the poor woman Brianna $60 dollars for her very hard work to help get the recliner in our entryway. Not a happy customer! I do not recommend ever getting something this large from Amazon ever again.

Let me start by saying the chair is what I wanted. The delivery was fantastic as well. I wanted a rocker/recliner that had nice leather all around and was comfortable. That is what this chair is. It is a very nice rocker which was important to me. My wife says I always use the rocking function more than the reclining.It is very cushioned and seems very sturdy. Assembly was a breeze. It is a manual recliner ( no Power). From the reviews I was afraid it might be too red and not match my brown leather sectional couch. Not an issue. It is reddish brown and blends well.Now for a few things that might bother others but are Ok with me. If you have week legs you probably would do better with a power chair as you do have to kind on kick the footstool back into place coming down from recline. Also the latch just unlocks the footstool. It does not put the chair back into a set position. You do that by leaning back. If you take your weight off the back it will come back up with you. As I said this is not a problem for me. I love this chair. It is big enough for both me and the grandkids. What more could I ask for? This chair exceeded my expectations for the quality and comfort.

This couch is advertised as 100% leather. Now I can’t access other photos because the amazon app is sucking these days. But I took the pictures of what was advertised. I ordered a couch, love seat and recliner. Much to my disappointment when it arrived, you can see in the picture above there was a tear in the side of the box and to my surprise the ‘leather’ couch was ripped, which 100% leather doesn’t do. It’s a thin vinyl coating over foam. I expect a full refund on all 3 pieces I bought. This is false advertising. That this store is doing this means don’t buy anything from them. Also I chatted with a rep at Amazon who said a manager was going to call me to get this refund going. No manager ever called I had to go to the app and do it. Also with this company who picks up and delivers who knows it they will dhow today. Instructed to out them outside. I am not putting them back in so if the shippers don’t arrive today on the 12th to pick them up, not my problem. And I am home all day so don’t say I wasn’t here.

bought two, one for my wife (she loves hers) and one for me. I'm 5'10" and the head rest could be a little higher and a little fuller for me, but with a pillow it works ok. Leather looks great.

GREAT, Kind, Professional delivery guys! VERY accommodating on where to put the chair on my inside porch out of the elements. The chair is very comfortable, the leather is plush and soft. It lays almost flat for much better napping than my old chair! VERY PLEASED all the way around! Got a call 1/2 hour before delivery in the specified 3 hour time they stated when purchased.

Not as comfortable as they look and the leg lift is very difficult to lock back into place. However they are beautiful couches made from genuine leather. Good value for price. Easy to assemble

I was in need of a very specific consoled loveseat to match my sofa and have been looking for months and finally came across this Aspen Genuine Leather, Oxblood, Console, Gliding Loveseat. I was kind of in shock when I found it and even called the company to ask questions about it, and the customer service lady was so very nice and helpful!! It was EXACTLY what I had been searching for! A genuine leather, brownish/burgundy, rocking or gliding, reclining, consoled loveseat with a round over arm...now thats a mouthful, and when I'd walk in a furniture store, I could almost see head's spinning on those poor salespeople as I asked for this!! Upon hanging up, and so excited, I purchased it immediately!! The price was fantastic! Shipping was extremely fast, and I was so pleased to have it delivered right to my door by Amazon with 2 awesome ladies, who made quick work of this 200lb beast! It really is a perfect match in my home with my sofa, and I am so pleased that it also glides because I have a brand new grandson that I can't wait to rock with! This feature alone is so hard to find, and every other loveseat was $3000 to have this feature, plus all my other requests. I do have one small thing that I wish was improved upon...it needs a stiffer suspension, maybe for the reclining. It goes back a little too easy. Just a little thing though with so many other positives for me!! Thank you Hanover and Amazon for having my perfect loveseat after many months of searching!!
