This is the best showerhead we've ever used. Forget the rainfall heads or high pressure, this is awesome.

We purchased this showerhead last January and installed it in May. Since then it has started to leak from the bottom of the front piece and am wondering what to do about warranty.

Way overpriced. Returned this and bought the Kohler Forte at Home Depot for $40. Like the cheaper Kohler shower head a lot more than the Hansgrohe. The Kohler gives a wider spray pattern and the pressure is better.

A perfect replacement for my Hansgrohe C 150 AIR Raindance, which had begun to leak. I love this shower head, and was really happy to find an exact replacement. You don't need the "installation" which is over-priced and unnecessary. If you're moderately capable with a simple plumbing job, this will be no problem. Just use a good Teflon pipe tape, and snug up the new head with an appropriately-size open end or Crescent wrench. This shower head isn't cheap, but I guess that's the going price for Hansgrohe.

Update - 5/16/2021 - First of all, I want to apologize to all that purchased this showerhead based on my earlier review. I'm sorry. I truly am. A couple years ago, the showerhead started leaking between the light grey spray disk and the fake metallic plastic surround. It's gotten progressively worse. So much water leaks through the seam that the actual shower spray now resembles a ninety year-old with prostate problems.A quick Google search shows that this isn't that uncommon. Apparently, over time, the internal seals deteriorate and leak. There are YouTube videos showing how to repair the showerhead. I'M SORRY BUT THIS IS A $250 SHOWERHEAD AND SHOULD BE RELIABLE...My $0.10? Buy a $30 showerhead from Delta. This one is pretty, but an absolute waste.************Original Review - We installed this shower head a week ago and absolutely love it. It's large enough to provide good coverage and has enough water flow to rinse away soap, shampoo and grime. The reason that I'm only giving this four stars is that the "brushed nickel" finish is actually metallized plastic. Plastic has its pros and cons (notably corrosion resistance), but I expect to see it in a $25 shower head, not one that costs $225. At that price point, I expect metal.

This Hansgrohe was amazing...for exactly 4 months! It had great pressure, no leaks, and looked fantastic....but one day I wake up looking forward to my shower and bamm.....minimal water pressure coming out of the shower head. At first I thought it would be an issue with the valve in the diverter, but my body sprays were working perfectly. I called Hansgrohe and the service department said "replace the showhead with a different one and test the pressure." Wouldn't you know it...it was a defective shower head which I have never had or even heard of before. Bottomline....Hansgrohe replaced it and the new one works great, so the shower head would get a 5+ if it had not stopped working.

We had a leak in our shower which resulted in us repiping our whole bathroom, at any rate after 4 grueling days of plumbing and crawl spaces and everything, it was done. I couldn't wait to try out my new shower head. I have it connected to the 16" Hansgrohe shower arm with a grohe (not hansgrohe) thremostatic diverter control. One shower in, and it's pure heaven so far.It seems to have enough force to wash shampoo out of hair and I provides nice coverage. I have tried all three modes, I'm guessing that I'll end up with it just in the "rain" mode.
