This high chair is super cute and sturdy but my kids find it super frustrating because doll legs get stuck when they try to take a doll out. The high chair is fine for stuffed animals but not great for dolls like Bitty Baby that have firm legs. Even my 3.5 year old sometimes struggles with dolls in this chair. My 1.5 year old needs help every time.

This doll high is very easy to put together and very well made. I got this for my granddaughter who just turned three years. I had also gotten her a newborn baby 16” with legs that don’t totally straighten. Due to this it was very difficult for her to get the baby in the high chair. I returned it for a high chair that lifts up and she has no problem using that one.

I assembled this high chair for my three year old granddaughter. All the parts were there and the directions were easy to follow. There are no sharp edges that could scratch a child. All HAPE products are well-made and this one is too.

It is easy to setup! however, for some wood pieces we had to adjust its built in screws to make it work.Simple but may confuse new builders! (I'm a new builder!)

Sturdy. Cute. Small. A large (larger then 18") doll does not fit. Perfect size for my 2 yr old but my 4 yr old easily plays with it as well.

I am so relieved that this doll high chair is almost exactly what I was hoping for. I have four children and a home daycare business. Over the last 9 years of my business, we've been through approximately eight doll high chairs from very expensive (hello Pottery Barn and Community Playthings) to pretty cheap and/or second hand. None of them held up or had imperfections that I could not live with. The only reason I could even consider docking a star on this isn't about the structure or play value at all. It's because it's pink and I am not at all okay with assigning arbitrary gender stereotypes to toys via their color. I actively avoid pinks and purples when it comes to doll play of any type. But, the Hape design is very good and I'm tossing the useless cushion anyhow so that will dial back the pink a bit. I love that there is a dowel between the seat and tray to keep any baby doll seated. And I love that the tray is locked in place. The CP brand would slam against the legs of the chair causing a rush of anxiety on my end. It's too small for my little ones to sit in but big enough for just about every baby doll and stuffy we have in this house. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is an adorable and sturdy doll high chair for a toddler. I especially like that the tray does not raise or lower as some other high chairs. This prevents pinched fingers and bonks on the head. My toddler puts her baby doll in the chair and pulls her up to the table every morning for breakfast. A good value.

Great product, prefect for our 2 year old!! Easy to assemble and very cute details. I especially liked this one because of the bar that goes down the middle so dolls don’t slide out if they are the soft body type. Plus the tray doesn’t move so no chances for pinched fingers. The moveable chair pad doesn’t bother us at all, it actually stays put for the most part. We’re super happy with this!!

This high chair was easy to put together and it's lovely and sturdy and fits my daughters Disney princess toddler dolls (among other dolls) but is not too big that the doll is falling over. The table part could be bigger but my children haven't noticed and are pilling food up on it to feed the babies.I bought a second soon after for my second girl.

Update- two years later and it is still like new. No chipping paint, or visible signs of wear and tear. It has taken a beating from my kids and it still looks great. Every five or six months it needs the screws tightened with an allen wrench. Other than that it is perfect.----Original Review-----------------------------------I put this toy together while watching TV and trying to shoo away my 1 year old who wanted to grab the pieces. Still, it did not take long. All you use is an Allen wrench for assembly. The wood seems very sturdy. I like the way the chair is designed because my daughter's dolls (Melissa and Doug and cabbage patch dolls) really sit up in the seat and don't fall out. This was one of the most important things to me when choosing a highchair because what kid is going to play with a doll highchair if their dolls slide out of it every time they put it in?The pink and white colors are very attractive. The chair has a nice height to it but does not easily tip over. We have the Hape cradle also and we are just as impressed with the design and sturdiness of that piece. I recommend getting both the Hape high chair and cradle because together they make a very cute matching set for your child's dolls!

We love Hape products and this is no exception. Can be assembled in minutes (took me maybe 5 with the Allen key and screws provided and my husband did not assist) excellent quality, adorable deign, my daughter loves it. It's the perfect height for the little ones.
