I love to doodle/tangle (can’t use the “Z” word because I think it’s copyrighted) and these are the perfect size. I’ve wanted to use a circle instead of a rectangle/sure but haven’t wanted to spend the time cutting them out so these will come in handy. The approximately 6.6 inch size is great so that I can complete a doodle in one sitting - they’re not so big that I’d have to commit a big chunk of time to complete.Very nice product, good quality, nice price point.

The manufacturer shipped the round cardstock in two sets of 20 pieces wrapped in plastic. The circle's diameter is 17 cm. After locating the circle's center, I took a compass and drew several circles from the center point. My compass with pencil worked well on the cardstock. I then separated the circles into eight sections to create a mandala. Working from the center out, I made a mandala using Sakura Pigma Markers, including a brush marker. None of these markers bled through the cardstock. I decided to add some color to the mandala with Sharpie permanent markers. (Both Sakura and Sharpie products can be purchased on Amazon.) As you can see from the photographs, the Sharpie colors bled through the cardstock. Once completed, I could erase my pencil marks without smearing my marks on the mandala.While I was able to create a simple mandala, there are limitations on what tools you can use with this thin cardstock. The product description exchanges (confuses) the terms cardstock and cardboard. This product is low-quality cardstock, not cardboard. Both packages of 20 pieces arrived flat and were not warped. This is not watercolor paper, so you cannot use watercolor paints on this paper without it warping significantly. It is too lightweight to draw successfully on both sides with a permanent marker. Acrylic paints will likely not work on this paper as it is not mixed-media paper. Children can easily draw on the circles with crayons and colored pencils.This paper is cost-effective, at less than twenty cents per circle, if you want a precut circle to draw mandalas on. It is of a medium size that may not satisfy some artists who wish for a longer meditative session while drawing their mandalas. I spent forty-five minutes drawing mine. While I would prefer a thicker cardstock for two-sided drawing, this is still an acceptable product considering its low cost.
