This seat cover is a perfect fit for my 2017 Honda CRV. There is an adjustable strap that clips around the headrest to accommodate your needs. The width was just a few inches wider than the seat which allowed me to tuck the excess between the seat and middle console for a more secure fit. However, the cover does shift or scrunch up a little when getting in or out of the car. The vinyl backing should protect your seat from moisture, but I got it mostly to protect the seat fabric from excessive wear. A zip carry case is included. The product arrived with a strong odor possibly from the dye or vinyl backing. The provided information suggests washing it prior to first usage which I did. One wash cycle removed the scent.

After learning the hard way that black car seats get HOT on summer days, I started keeping a beach towel in my car to throw over the seat so I wouldn’t barbecue my backside. Coincidentally, this pink seat cover looks exactly like my trusty towel. (I wanted the neon green one, but all the green ones available through Vine got grabbed before I got to them.) However, there are important differences, the most obvious being a strap with a clip so you can fasten it over your head rest. The other difference is the fabric. The layer next to your body is nice comfy terry cloth but underneath are extra layers to make the seat cover absorb moisture quickly. The manufacturer says it resists dirt, too, but I haven’t had it long enough to verify that claim. The bottom line is that this seat cover will protect your car seat from sand and your wet bathing suit if you’re coming back from the beach, and protect your tush from scorching if you’re going anywhere on a hot day. It’s machine washable, so you can get your sweat out, and comes in a nice nylon and mesh zippered case. After seeing the generous size of the cover, I thought “that’s never going to go back in the case,” but I rolled it up with no particular care and got it back into the case, zippered and everything, with only a little persuasion and absolutely no use of profanity. I’m looking forward to many summer drives without burning my bum!

This waterproof temporary seat cover is an awesome concept that this company has been able to implement into an excellent product.The backside of this cover has soft rubber, waterproof material and the front side has a soft suede feel to it.When you need to cover your car seat, to protect it from wet bottoms, you just open the great little bag this cover comes in, slip the strap over your headrest, and sit down. So simple.When I get home I easily slide it off my seat and hang it up to dry - drying time is minimal.This cover is machine washable, but I would line dry it to keep the rubber backing from drying out.Do not mix this seat cover up with the permanent covers, these are meant to only be used as temporary waterproof protection. What I do like is that even though these are temporary, they still look nice on my car seats.Not including the adjustable strap, which goes around the headrest, this cover is 48" long, the sides have a nice indented curve to it, so it leaves access to your seatbelt. The widest part is 26" and the narrowest part is 22".I highly recommend this product, not only for the apparent quality but also for the ingenuity.Five stars for an excellent product.

Ok, I'll be really brutally honest here and to the point . . .So I live in California, the land of the hot sun & lava leather seats in the summer!Just last week or so the weather warmed up a lot and I slipped into the drivers seat and thought the backs of my legs must have been sizzling, and not in a good way! I had told myself I had to put a towel in the car to sit in now that it was shorts and skirts weather. I came across this towel / waterproof car seat cover and thought it was just the perfect thing!I got the Pink one because the color is vibrant and fun. It was definitely a difficult choice, because the Lime Green was so cute as well. For those that like to keep it all business-like there are some other more muted colors.I love that this is machine washable and feels soft to the skin. This is definitely going to be a more comfortable summer than in the past! I no longer fear hot leather seats from the summer sun. I also like how it is easy to take this cover on and off and store in the convenient zippered pack that it comes in. I have a lovely leather interior in my car and I don't want to really cover up my seats with piece-meal after-market seat covers. These look sporty and don't really cover everything up, just where you need it. It looks like something you just put there for the moment, not something that you leave there all of the time (though clearly you can leave it there all the time) These are so easy to install too, you just hang the top part over the headrest and snap the snap shut. They are also adjustable. The finish on the underside keeps everything from slipping around. It stays in place better than I thought it would. When I use a blanket or a normal towel they are forever sliding around when I try to sit on them or get in or out of the car. Sometimes they even fell out before but not this great cover! I liked the first one so much that I ordered a second one for my passenger seat.You can even put them in the back seat as well, as long as you have head rests to attach them to. I don't really need them for the back though, but it's nice to know that these are handy for both the front and back seats!Due to the ease of use, attractiveness, flexibility, portability, pretty colors, and sportiness of this seat cover, I thought it was a great deal at the asking price of $34.99, at the time I ordered it.I totally recommend these to others! I liked my first enough to buy a second one, so that should say something right there! Hope to see more of these in other cars as I walk through the parking lot next time. I am sure they are going to be the next big thing!
