I bought these to use as bingo markers and game board pawns for my students. I think they are a bit overpriced for what you get but, for my purposes these work well. I don't know if I would use them as filler since they are very flat - much more flat than the half marbles made from glass that most people use. They are also quite light so they might not be good filler for that reason either.

I had ordered purple flat marbles from another vendor, but they ended up somehow being so dark in a pile they almost looked black, but so translucent separated that they didn't appear to look purple at all but clear instead. These are much prettier than any other ones I found. Granted, they are smaller and made of a more plastic material. There is an obvious weight, size, and feel difference, but it works well for me. In the picture there are 250 purple flat marbles in the container (which was a bit over half of what I received on the package) and the other 3 containers have 100 flat marble each.
