I got this as I intend on purchasing a Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad for my grandkids. We LOVE to do art here at our house and this case should fit the tracing pad. I love that it has a large zippered interior mesh pocket to hold all of the colored pencils and markers. This pocket can hold a LOT of writing implements and paper too. The elastic band on the lower part has a lot of stretch to it.I originally thought I might put kid watercolor supplies in here…. Paper under the elastic band on the bottom and pencils, markers and a paint palette or two with dried watercolor cakes in the zippered mesh pocket. Now that I have this I think that could be messy as the inside of this case is a soft fabric. I think that any drips of paint would not clean up well and get on the other pieces of paper. On the outside of this case there is a super colorful and beautiful fabric cover. I dont think it is covering up a plastic case which I thought might be the case from the pictures. I think it might be a very, very sturdy shaped cardboard as it has some flex to it. The zipper (2 grasps) around the outside moves very easily and do not get stuck on the corners.I like any type of art project where the kids hold a pencil or marker as it gets them ready for writing in kindergarten. I have seen a huge difference from one grandkid that mostly played and used large motor skills and the other grandkid that practices fine motor skills like coloring and painting.Until I purchase the light up tracing pad I think this will be holding the stacks of paper and thin cardboard that we keep on hand for art projects. Believe me, this will be a much more attractive solution to all the stuff stacked up in the corner between the wall and the bookcase! This ended up holding 12 gel pens, 12 watercolor crayons, and a 24 pack of twistable crayons in the zippered pouch, and a whole stack of my odds and ends cardboard and paper. Perfect for me!I am very attracted to the colors on this case and I would purchase it again… it is really pretty, sturdy, and will hold a lot of art implements and paper.

Nifty hard shell case for my A4 light board - not Crayola brand - but the one I use for my diamond painting crafts. It is well constructed, sturdy, nicely made, and eye catching. My light board fits perfectly and the zipper compartment is handy for storing the cord and stand with enough room to store tools and a few small diamond painting kits. Perfect as a safe way to store and transport my light board and projects when traveling.

This is a perfect case for the Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad. The colors are fun, the zippers function well, and the handle makes this easy to carry. The case protects the pad from becoming damaged. It also has a zippered interior pocket that allows you to keep paper, pencils, and any other drawing materials that you may want with your tracing pad. The price point is excellent for this product. There is a very slight chemical smell to the case, but I anticipate that will dissipate with the case being removed from its plastic packaging. I highly recommend this carrying case.

I was thrilled to find this case for my daughter's light up tracing pad. It keeps her papers & pencils nicely corralled, especially when she's not using it.Of note: this had a VERY strong chemical smell when I first unboxed it. I let it air out in the garage overnight and it dissipated.

I really like this case. It is thick and sturdy. The zipper runs smooth. I use this case for one of my light pads. I have a light pad that I use for diamond art. Inside the case is an elastic strap to keep my light pad secure. Then in the inside lid there is a mesh zippered pocket. I can fit some diamond art supplies in it. This case is convenient to take my hobby on the go. I think this case is a good value for the money.

This is sooo much better than keeping the light board in its box. The box may be sturdy, but the plastic inserts are not, and the the box itself is 3-4x the size of the board. This case is slim, pretty, and sturdy. The board is definitely not getting damaged in this thing.

This is so well made, sturdy, amazing colors and crisp design, fantastic zipper and handles, but so so smelly. The smell is so bad I put it in my garage to air out, and I had to air out the garage because any amount of time (laundry) was about to give me a massive headache. It’s only been a few days but it is something to consider. Even though it’s strong I’m convinced in a few months I won’t even remember it had a smell and it can be part of the art kit for years to come - which is to say it’s a really great case, or at least it will be.

We are not using this with the Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad, so I can't speak to how it fits or functions for that. With that said, this is an excellent carrying case! My daughter's ipad, coloring book, crayons, & a regular picture book all fit in well. We've been using this to carry with us for appointments & it is so convenient to carry. The hard case provides good protection, while it is still slim & lightweight. There's a handle for easy carrying. The strap inside helps secure items in place, & the zippered pouch is perfect for accessories. This is such a functional, versatile case, we get a lot of use out of it!
