Just taking 3 minutes each night to write a five line highlight of the day has been a game changer. I can refer back to any date and recall who we were with what we did and even some feelings. I love seeing patterns and even being reminded to reprise a wonderful day we’ve had.

I started this book in january 2025 and the binding has already started to rip.I received a different 'style' in 2020, wrote in it for 5 years and it stood the test of time.All journals aren't made the same.

I've had the journal less than a week and it has already come apart. The cover has separated from the spine and the front has almost ripped off; I noted it tonight when I opened it to write. It wasn't dropped or handled roughly, I mean, I planned on having it for five years. I'm going to try to get my money back but since I've used it not sure how that will go.
