I’ll admit that at first this was very confusing because it doesn’t come with instructions and this was my first time installing one. However, once I remembered that these are mostly universal I looked at a video of one being installed with the same type of straps and everything went smooth from there. I have an adventure scooter with decent storage under the seat, so my install was slightly different since I needed my seat to still open and close/seal properly. That said, I have to have the base strap that goes around the seat in a very specific location in order for me to open and close without issue. The extra straps were also easy to figure out once I extended the bag looking at the pictures of the bag on here they go on to help keep everything in place once the bag is fully extended. Easy to put on and take off.The quality of the bag feels nice. The hard shell is durable and seems like it will last a while, we will see. I like how sleek it looks compared to others I’ve seen.I also attached the bag to a naked sport motorcycle (not pictured) just to see how different the install was and the only difference was the base strap wasn’t required to be in a very specific location on the frame. You just lay the straps down, place the seat, connect the side straps to the seat and tighten it, place the bag on the seat and then snap it all 4 clips.

great size and shape, but no instructions to explain the convoluted straps that are not at all intuitive makes me a tad nervous to entrust it with my helmet and it's accessories as i am not certain i have it securely attached to my motorcycle.

This backpack is durable outside and weather-resistant. The soft inside brings confidence that your items will not get scratched or rubbed in transit. The bag is the perfect size for a motorcycle back seat. It is also expandable, making it useful for various uses. The straps used to secure the bag to the seat seem secure. They may loosen on long trips, but that remains to be seen. While the bag claims to be water resistant, it does come with a waterproof cover for those downpours (which you shouldn't be riding in any way, but if you have no choice, your belongings are safe).
